The tongue touching the berries, leaning them in the direction of her mouth w/ closed eyes...only to know she'd close her eyes forever. The hand in focus w/ the berries fallen out while her fallen body bokehed out brings more of story. Pure Guinness. Perhaps you should have made her more pale or have a third scene be berry juice dripping from her lips? Just a thought....
